Spark was a little too strong for me personally, although I did just “go with it” for the first two tries and allowed myself to enjoy the process of going a bit deeper than originally planned. For me this is a great amount for creative experimentation and play. The Moment team kindly sent me a replacement (Flow) and it’s perfect for having a “normal” day with boosted productivity and keeping my mindset positive. I experience seasonal depression and taking these twice a week during the winter has really helped me get back to feeling motivated, happy and moving forward with both my professional and personal goals. I noticed a difference immediately. I often experience an emotional slump in the first part of the summer as well so I’ll be interested to see how a protocol with Moment products may help reduce that.
