What Is Microdosing?

Are you new to Magic Mushrooms?

If you are new to psilocybin mushrooms, we recommend you start with microdosing. Microdosing is the practice of taking a very small dose of a psychedelic medicine like psilocybin mushrooms. This dose is so small that is considered sub-perceptual, as in, at this low dose, you should not perceive or notice any of the traditional psychedelic effects, yet experience both physical and mental health benefits.

For first time microdosers, we recommend starting with a low dose, between 30-165mg of psilocybin mushrooms. Its also recommend to follow a microdosing schedule or “protocol” such as The Stamets Protocol. This protocol involves 4 active dosing days followed by 3 integration days (no dosing). Continue for four weeks of dosing, then take a reset period of 2 weeks by not dosing.

For many people who are new to microdosing there are a lot of questions. Knowing where to start, what product is right for them, or what dose to start with, etc.

Our new sampler packs are crafted with the intention to support and empower. These packs offer a comprehensive introduction to our microdosing products, a complete range of both doses and products. We have split our six product offerings into a low dose pack or a high dose pack. Or you can try both to experience all of our microdosing products.

Each Sampler Pack contains three different Microdosing products.

4 capsules of each microdose allow you to experience 1 week of a microdosing schedule, known as the Stamets Protocol (4 days on, 3 days off) to determine which dose is right for you.
