To experience the full benefits of microdosing, finding your ideal dose is key. While 150 mg is often considered a standard dose for many users, we recommend that you start smaller (e.g., half a capsule or our lighter blends) if you are new to mushrooms or have high sensitivity. The goal is always a sub-perceptual dose—you should feel enhanced focus and mood, but never feel “high” or impaired.

What is a Protocol?
A protocol is simply a dosing schedule designed to maximize the efficacy of your microdose while preventing your body from building a tolerance. On a Dose Day, you take one capsule in the morning. On non-dose days, you allow your brain to integrate the changes and assess your baseline mood.

Two of the most commonly suggested protocols are the Fadiman Protocol (Dose Day, then two Non-Dose Days) and the Stamets Protocol, 4 active dosing days followed by 3 integration days (no dosing). Follow for about 6 weeks before taking a longer break to fully assess and integrate the changes.

What’s in Our Mushrooms?

The lab analyzed for key psychoactive compounds using HPLC-UV (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with UV detection). Here’s the breakdown:

Psilocybin (3.07 mg/g) – The primary active compound in magic mushrooms. It’s converted into psilocin in the body, which produces the classic psychedelic effects.

Psilocin (1.46 mg/g) – Already-active form of psilocybin. Present in smaller amounts but directly impacts your experience.

Many people who feel nothing from microdosing are on SSRIs without realizing this connection. This doesn’t mean psilocybin isn’t right for you, it may simply mean that timing and preparation matter more.
