Brewing Instructions:

  1. Measure Your Dose:  Each teabag contains 200mg  of dried Golden Teacher mushrooms, we encourage you to be very intentional about your dose.
    * Generally speaking, tea provides less psilocybin because not 100% of the compound is extracted. We estimate it is about 75% – meaning you can dose slightly higher than you would with consuming dried mushrooms.
  2. Steep the tea in near boiling water for 10–15 minutes.
    *It is important to not use 100* water as this can break down the psilocybin

Advice:

  1. Adjusting Strength: Shorter steeping time = milder effects; longer steeping time = stronger effects.
  2. Consumption: Sip slowly over 15–30 minutes to gauge the onset of effects.

To maintain the quality and potency, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat. Once opened, store in an airtight container.

For optimal taste and effectiveness, consume within 6 months of purchase.  Do not store in the fridge or freezer as this can decrease the potency of the mushrooms.
