Microdoses most commonly come in pre-measured capsules for both accurate and consistent dosage. In addition to psilocybin mushrooms, these capsules often contain holistic and medicinal ingredients that aim to increase the overall health benefits. These are often referred to as “stacks” as the ingredients and benefits are combined or stacked.
The dosage in a microdose typically ranges from 50 to 500 mg of psilocybin mushrooms. The dosage is dependent on the person, their activities, tolerance levels, and many other factors.
